This vest is so light weight it's incredible! It also compacts down to almost nothing, which makes it perfect for backpacking trips. I am super pleased with this purchase. The only thing that bothered me a little is that it's not as form fitting as I had hoped. It's a little baggy, but I guess if you wanted to wear a jacket or fleece underneath it it works well for that. I used it on a backpacking trip in Colorado over the summer and totally loved it. It warmed me up almost instantly and kept me very warm. And like I said it is super light weight and condenses really well!

I like this. Light weight, washes and drys well. Just the right extra warmth when I want it. LEAD Apparel did a great job of communicating when the original color and size were out of stock. They promptly offered different colors in the same size and the same color in one size up. The package arrived in good speed.
