Phistic Women's Long Quilted Down Coat in Black or Chocolate

There's nothing "luxury" about this product - very poor quality and not true to size - the small fit me as if it were a medium to a large. On top of all this, I returned the item expecting a prompt refund, but when I called 5 days after I confirmed they received it, Luxury Lane's customer service very rudely told me to wait up to ten days... I specifically asked the woman WHEN I should call back and she told me Wednesday (ten days, not ten business days) so that's what I did, I called back today, Wednesday, and of course I am told it's ten BUSINESS days so now I have to wait until Friday. If I do not have my refund by Friday, I'm reporting this company to the BBB. Never again will I do business with this company, never ever again!

Am very pleased with this coat...great for walking in cold weather and very warm...I'm very pleased and will purchase another color....

This coat is amazingly warm, and has very pretty detailing which makes it look much smarter than many of the down coats around. The lines are slim, though the coat is not tight (can go over jackes easily) and so is flattering. It was also very well-priced
