Levi's Women's Leather 2 Pocket Trucker Jacket

I had originally purchased this trucker jacket in Cognac at a Levi's store earlier this year. It was kind of an offhand purchase but that jacket turned out to be one of my favorites and I've wished several times that it came in black. When I stumbled across this jacket on another site the price was considerably higher but I was willing to pay it until I found it here and I'm so glad I did. All that to say this, this jacket is really a gem. Modeled after their denim trucker jackets, this lends that casual yet upscale look to any outfit you own. I've paired this with everything from dresses and skirts to jeans and cords. Both the cognac and the black are gorgeous colors. If you're looking for something that stands out a little bit more, I would suggest the cognac. It goes well with browns but looks just as good with grays so it really acts like a neutral and ladies, the color is gorgeous! I ordered the congniac color of this jacket and while it arrived promptly and was in great condition (nothing but good things to say about the seller and Amazon)it wasn't quite as pictured. Actually, the congniac version's picture lead me to believe that it was a very slim fitting jacket, but the picture of the black is what it really looks like. It has sort of a "tent-like" fit...it hit me at the chest and then never again. I have a very small waist and a very petite frame so it wasn't flattering on me at all, but i suppose if you were more of an "apple shaped" person with a bit of a belly then it might accomodate it and fit well. Mine went back within minutes of recieving it. At least Amazon takes the risk out of trying things and makes the returns process super easy.
