I really loved this jacket when I first got it. It was everything I had hoped it would be. But, after only wearing it a couple times a week for a few months, it's now unwearable. The jacket has started to come apart at the seams. It's terrible. I have 4 or 5 different locations in the jacket on the arms, and the side of the jacket that are coming apart. I know how to sew and at first hoped I could just sew the holes up, but the material is shredding away from the seams. There's no way to fix it. It's such a disappointment. I contacted the company, Jones of New York, several weeks ago and they were not helpful. The customer service group said someone from their Ready Wear department would contact me, but no one has. An additional email to the customer service group has gone unanswered. I give up on them and will not...Read more |
