Fleet Street Women's Faux Fur Down

I would have given thise coat 5 stars had it not been for two things. First, within days of wearing it, there is a 3-inch tear in the lining. Seeing as this is listed as a $200 coat, I would not have expected it to have a problem like this. The other thing is that there is no phone number for Fleet Street on their web site ([...]) and no way to call Amazon either. I don't want to return the coat unless it can be fully replaced or a credit given to compensate for the tear. I don't think that just because I got a "deal" on amazon, I should have to accept a coat that falls apart on the inside like this. EVERYTHING else about the coat I love - the look, the shape, the ability to cinch it in the back, and it is so warm and comfy. But I am really bummed that I have to deal with this problem and have no one to call at Fleet Street. I thought we are done with snow and I won't be able to try this coat. Surprisingly, at the first day of Spring, we got couple inches snow here at chicago. I received this coat few weeks ago. It didn't look too good at first, because it was squeezed in the box at delievery. But after it was hung for a day, those down feathers start to get fluffy again and it looks plump as the picture shown. Today, finally I got to wear it outside. It is really a very nice worm coat, stylish too. It has two deep pockets at two front sides, perfect for keeping winter gloves, and one secret pocket inside the coat. One long zipper for you to zip all the way from bottom to top. But there is another zipper inside you can not see from the picture. I personaly like this design very much. This zipper from top to waist length, and you can use the snap buttons to snap your coat together. It is a very nice and thoughtful design.
