It may run a tad small, but not small enough to say, whoa, that's too small! it runs...dainty. If you want a vest that offers room enough for a long sleeve hoodie sweatshirt underneath, get a size bigger.

In other words...I wear a medium usually and I got the medium and it fit exactly right, no extra room to it.

very light too. I forget I have it on. It seemed too light but it works. I thought...no way, this flimsy looking thing? but yeah, it's great.

It's got soft deep pockets on either side and it does work great to keep me warm in cold winter windy days.

someone had complained about the "disco" bright stuff inside. Yeah, the inside is shiny grey, but it does not show. Only a very little bit around the collar, but not enough to say it even looks weird.

It WORKS. I felt my own body heat warm me up in minutes and kept me warm when I needed it.

This vest is very nice. Its got a nice diamond stitch pattern and is cut well for women. Sizing could be better. small fit well but sent back for a med hoping for an extra half inch....medium was at least 3 inches bigger - so ended up returning for small again. A two way zipper would be nice or cut with a little more room for womens hips. Overall its a great vest though id definitely recommend. Even wear in office setting. this is a very versatile piece.

I bought this for my mother-in-law bc she's always cold...it fit perfectly! Its very thin & fitted (not boxy) so, it gives a flattering shape. Plus the thermal interior really seems to warm up the body quick. Great purchase!
