BGSD Women's Quilted Hooded Vest in Navy or Purple

I initially got one in each color in size Medium. I'm 115 lbs 5.5, typically a size small, but I like to size up with casual outerwear. My initial impression when I received the vests matches other reviewers - impressed. The buttons (one extra included), closure overkill (not just zipped, not just snapped, but buttoned too!), REAL pockets, and the soft velvety feel of the quilted fabric were all winning factors.

However, I was disappointed when I tried them on -- HUGE. Yes, I understand, my fault; I know I'm really a small. So I returned both vests and re-ordered both colors in size Small. In the meantime, I received a full refund for the Mediums (thank goodness!). When I received the Small vests I noted again the great quality for the price but gosh darn it, there was a snag/tear in the ribbed bottom band on the back of the purple one, squarely in the middle. I just received this and love the quality. I wear it alot (navy) because I live in my jeans. I am always nervous when buying clothes on the internet as you can't feel the quality, but this one is a keeper!

This vest is a true value. It is warm and fits fairly snugly so I don't look overly bulky or large in it. I would definitely recommend this vest. Thank you.
